1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any EmBody Method classes, workshops, virtual sessions, digital content, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

EmBody Method is operated by ArcEra LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Nature of Services

EmBody Method provides educational and movement-based experiences focused on body awareness, strength, rest, and nervous system literacy.

All offerings are:

  • Educational in nature

  • Not medical treatment

  • Not physical therapy

  • Not mental health therapy

  • Not a substitute for professional medical care

Participation is voluntary and always optional.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • Movement and physical activity carry inherent risks

  • You are responsible for listening to your body and choosing your level of participation

  • You may stop or modify participation at any time

You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or outcomes associated with participation.

4. Medical Disclaimer

You affirm that:

  • You are physically and mentally able to participate

  • You have consulted a healthcare provider if you have concerns

  • You will not participate if experiencing pain, injury, illness, or medical conditions that make participation unsafe

EmBody Method and ArcEra LLC do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

5. Choice-Based Participation

All EmBody Method offerings emphasize choice, autonomy, and self-regulation. Movement, discussion, and participation are always optional.

You are encouraged to:

  • Rest

  • Observe

  • Modify

  • Step away

At any point without explanation.

6. Virtual Sessions & Technology

For virtual offerings:

  • You are responsible for your internet connection and device

  • We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control

  • Zoom or third-party platforms may be used

Sessions may or may not be recorded. If recording occurs, notice will be provided.

7. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment is required at time of registration unless otherwise stated

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly noted

  • Donation-based offerings are voluntary and final

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if needed

If a session is canceled by us, you will be offered a refund or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, language, and content shared through EmBody Method are the intellectual property of ArcEra LLC.

You may not:

  • Record sessions without permission

  • Reproduce materials for commercial use

  • Teach or distribute EmBody Method frameworks without authorization

9. Community Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArcEra LLC and EmBody Method are not liable for:

  • Injury

  • Loss

  • Damages

  • Emotional distress

  • Indirect or incidental consequences

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
